Lavender
It is the seaside lavender.
We mention it for memory because it is no longer used in the perfume industry. It has never been cultivated and its aspect is far different from the spike or the fine lavender.
It grows on rather silicious grounds and has an early flowering.
Flower producers use it to create hybrids such as butterfly lavender for garden decoration.
