Located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Park at 20 km from Avignon the Lavender Museum reveals to visitors the know-how and the passion of a family who has been cultivating and distilling excellence in fine lavender (not to be confused with lavandine) for several generations.
The exhibition gathers the most important collection of red copper stills from the 16th century to today, traditional artefacts and audio guides (French, English, German, Italian and Chinese) that give our visitors the freedom to hang around pieces of collection and discover this delightful lavender.
The guides of the Lavender Museum are longing to communicate their passion for this fabulous flower and to answer visitors’ questions with a real pleasure: a dynamic & fascinating guided visit.
